The Separations Service Department strives to give their customers the best service experience possible. In order to achieve this, Separations has customized their workflows, to enable us to track all Instruments and their status, keeping accurate records of their history and current status. Our workflows include:
- Customer follow-ups on existing and new service contracts
- Customer follow-ups on service/maintenance required
- Scheduling of parts orders for contracts and service
- Integrated job-repair workflows to track the full history of all instruments in the field
Along with an expert team of Service Technicians(with supplier training and certifications), we are able to give our customers the Service they require for their instruments.
